Handmade Pottery Blueprint is a digital download. Download everything, print a template, make something. If you're not happy for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How to get a refund

Send one email to potteryblueprint@outlook.com with your order number (or the email you used at checkout). No questions, no forms. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Good to know

• Nothing ships, so there is nothing to send back.
• After a refund, your license to use the templates, guides and videos ends: please delete the files.
• Requests after 30 days are not covered by the guarantee.
