These terms apply to your purchase of Handmade Pottery Blueprint on potteryblueprint.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], Via del Parco Margherita 113, 80121 Napoli (NA), Italy ("we", "us"). By buying, you accept these terms.
1. What you buy
A digital product: printable PDF templates in US Letter and A4, guides, bonuses and video lessons, delivered through a private download page right after checkout. Nothing is shipped.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown in your local currency on the Store and charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.
3. Your license
- You may print and use the templates as many times as you want for your own projects.
- You may sell the physical pieces you make with them, up to 500 pieces a year, as described in the Sell Your Pieces License included in your download.
- You may not share, resell, publish or give away the files, the templates or the download link, in whole or in part.
4. Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee: see our Refund Policy. You agree that the download starts immediately after purchase; the guarantee applies anyway.
5. Safety and results
Pottery involves sharp tools, kilns and materials that must be used as their makers say. Food safety depends on your clay, glaze and firing: follow the manufacturer's instructions. Air-dry clay is never food safe or waterproof. Results depend on your materials and technique.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
